    Need help. I tried dl service pack 3, in the middle of dl I thought my puter froze, i tried to cancel but my mouse arrow was gone. I shut off puter. When I tried to start puter I got windows welcome screen,but then it went black. I tried this a few times with the same result. I also tried to boot from last know config and in safe mode still with same result. What can I do to save puter without reformatting or system recovery options?? I don;t have a windows recoverydisk?please help.
