Steam wont start

    ok, i try to open steam up and nothing happens... when i hit ctrl+alt+del in processes it says steam.exe and its using 99 of the cpu, but it never starts, wtf is up with that? it was working a couple days ago, what happened? do i just have to reinstall it? or what?
