Still have problem...

I went thru the malware removal instructions & still cannot connect to several sites, I get messages that there is no internet connection or that a firewall is blocking sites that I have always used, they are checked off in the exception tab of the firewall & I have even turned off the firewall & still no connection, tried installing AVG & I lost all internet & had to do a restore...I am attaching logs, will be in 2 posts....here is 1 of 2

 

Not allowing me to attach logs to this thread,these logs are on my original thread....sorry, this is all new to me...that thread started with "Is my computer infected" in the newbie section

 

I apologize for this thread...when I received the response from the welcome center thread that I started it advised me to go thru the malware removal process & then post the logs in the malware section....thats what I tried to do...didnt realize I was starting a new thread....hope someone can help me,
