Still having problems - PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi,

I'm new to the forum, but adhered to all the rules you guys specified in your "READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support" thread. I even ran the optional online virus scans etc.

Now although the porn pop-ups have subsided, i still get the following error message on my desktop:

"SPYWARE INFECTION!!
Your system is infected with spyware. Windows recommends you to use a spyware removal tool to prevent loss of important data and increase system prefomance (yes I know its spelled incorrectly, as is the error message!)using this PC before having it cleaned from spyware threats is highly discouraged."

Also, my background is a different shade of blue then I had it - but thats minor.

Spysherriff kept coming up in many of the adware/virus scans etc, and I even attempted to remove it manually from add/reomove programs from my computer.

I know that attaching .log files from hijackthis are a last resort, but PLEASE can someone review it and give me some feedback as to what my problem is. I really would hate to wipe my drive clean.
