Still having problems with infections

    My Anti-virus is still giving me infected files. i get pop-ups all the time. i already ran the "Run me first" and here are my logs

    I just found another problem i am experiencing is there are several programs i cannot run now. when i try i get the...

    Application Error
    The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b). Click on OK to terminate the application.

    From your Combo log:

[COLOR=RED] c:\windows\system32\spoolsv.exe . . . is infected!![/COLOR]

[COLOR=RED] c:\windows\explorer.exe . . . is infected!![/COLOR]
    This means that your system files are infected. Even if we removed some of the obvious malware, your system would be unreliable to use. This infection will open ports to download additional malware.

    Your best course of action is to save your data and info to a cd, then reformat and reinstall your OS.

    well i did the reformat, and got my computer back to how it was (before the infection) and thanks a lot you guys. i'll be sure to get back in the future if i run into more problems. thanks again, and keep up the good work with helpin everyone, it's much appreciated =]
