Still Having Problems

Ok Guys, I"m still having problems with my PC...

This is what's happeining...While online the screen goes black, reboots, after logging in the message comes up...The system has recovered from a serious error.

This is the info in the error message sent to Microsoft...

What is going on?? Should I take my tower in to get fixed or can I do this on my own...I tried several things that some people suggested but to no avail...I hope somebody out there knows something...Thanks, Jennifer

 

Does this only happen when online? If so, it may your network adapter (or modem if on dialup) or the driver for this device. Try uninstalling and reinstalling an updated driver. If it continues, try replacing the device in question. New network cards (and modems) are about $20-$30 in any PC store.... I'm assuming your running WinXP...
