Still missing icons after doing Read & Run

My desktop computer is the one that got infected this time. I already did all the steps to the Read & Run and allowed each program to search for updates. My son was on his account and had clicked on a game link and it infected his user profile and sent a bright blue screen with red letters stating "Warning!!! Your computer is in danger....". I was not even able to run the CCleaner (which I run on a regular basis). I logged into my user name and all was fine. Ultimately, I deleted both boys' accounts but mine and completed all steps of the Read & Run. It seems that all is fine, but when I went to create new user profiles for them again, I notice the little icons in the top left corner are missing and have a white box with a red X in it. So something is still wrong. I will attach my logs and the printscreen of the error/missing icons. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!
