advised to move thread here. the read this first thread is not applicable because i cant do anything. can only access f2 or f12. will be sure to follow that if i have trouble again tho.

    the problem is this...
had a problem with malware which has got way out of hand. thought i cud fix it myself as in the past. now im gettin seriously out of my depth as im not that clued up on comps and dont want to ruin my pc. here is a rundown of what has happened so sar.

    1. was infected my malware/spyware
    2. scanned with spyware doctor which found and deleted. needed a restart to complete.
    3. resatred but seemed to be infected worse than ever.
    4. restarted and got a blue screen with 0x0000007e on it.
    5. opened in safe more and scanned again with spybot and spyware doc and found loads more stuff. also downloaded and installed from another comp malwarebytes and avg anti virus which again found loads. needed a restart again
    6. while in safe mode just thoght i wud mention that a box opened saying sytem shutdown in ...seconds. it froze and never shut down but wud not close.
    7. the comp tried to rerun spybot on a normal prestartup and it crashed
    8. now safe mode cant be accessed and there are new codes. STOP 0x0000007e, (0xc0000005, 0x000042ca, 0xf8aef548, 0xf8aef244)
    9. went through dells steps. try this try that. finally got to scanning system tree drives and blue screen and both passed.

dell suggests restoring the bios but i dont know much about that. dont know what to do next. got loads of stuff on there un backed! dont want to lose it.

any help wud be great guys cheers

You need to tell us the entire message on the BSOD ....it should give you info on what the error refers to as in a driver, conflict, hardware. You also need to have a stable system that boots to windows before we can assist you in malware.
