Still not Clean - No copy or paste, IE, Network Rj45 or USB Don't Work

I'm trying to clean up a friends laptop and he has a pretty bad infection, mostly it won't let you run adware, or taskmanager, but it would run taskmgr2.exe after i renamed it. and system restore says its disable when you try to run it but it shows enabled in control panel

Also after runing supper Anti spyware that fixed the not being able to run taskmgr.exe but Ad-ware gives a error when trying to run it.

Ran Though the Malware Removal Guide, Forgot to run CCleaner at begaining, And Malware anti bytes installed but gets a runtime error every time I try to run it says

Run-time error '372'

Failed to load control "vbalgrid" from vbalsgrid6.ocx. Your version of vbalsgrid6.ocx may be out dated. Mare sure you are using the version of control provide by the application

Also i can copy or cut but i can not paste it, the only way i was able to get MGtools.exe onto the c: drive was to use winrar and archive it on the flash drive and have it save the archive to the desktop. also ran combo fix from the flash-drive too.

I have Win XP Pro On that flash drive too, cause the computer has no cd drive installed, and have cd key on the bottom of laptop.

Going to run though your guide again from top to bottom one more time this time run ccleaner

Oh and USB means that the USB Internet dosn't work but my usb drive works just fine.
