Still slow after scans & can't run mgtools

    I ran all the scans yesterday and followed all directions from the sticky message above. The mgtools gave me an error message about opening a zip file and then the user account controls kept popping up and every time I would click "continue" but it popped up over and over again. When I clicked "cancel" I was denied.

    I have problems playing videos - very slow and sluggish, even when they are all the way loaded. Internet Explorer is also very slow so I am using Firefox right now.
    I attached my scans in an earlier thread from yesterday, but I received no replies. It will not let me attach the scans again.
    I am a high school teacher and I cannot afford to pay for my computer to be fixed so I really appreciate all the help I can get! Is there some way that someone can go back to my earlier thread and look at my results? Thanks in advance!
