Still watching....

Is anyone still watching the shows they thought would be favorites at the beginning of the season?

I'd like to know which ones you found disappointing and thrown out of the mix, and which ones are you still watching?

Thrown out:

Bones, Medium, Supernatural, PrisonBreak.

Bones and supernatural were over-hyped, once I found out the formula, it bored me.

Prison Break has become very predictable, and I am jaded from how awesome OZ was in the prison drama category.

Medium is just getting "meh", boooring.

Still watching:

Apprentice this season, Psychic detectives, Real world (though i don't know why....), Parko P.I. (same night as Psychic detectives),Invasion (borderline lame), I can't think of others right now, I will update soon.

 

I only watch TV hit-or-miss anyway, since I mostly work at night. The two I was most excited about are on a night I am literally never home (tonight, actually...and I'm about an hour from heading out the door).

 

i like prison break...but i missed 3 episodes so i have no idea what is going on

 

let me guess lost is one of them thats the show i could watch over and over

 

Well, no, actually. I watched about 15 minutes of an episode last season and it didn't do a thing for me.

Criminal Minds and CSI: New York.

 

Yeah...my wife LOVES "Lost"...I myself likes a show that starts and finishes within the hour or hour & a half!!!!! IE...Law & Order(Any of them), CSI, Crossing Jordan, etc., etc.!!!!

I have to say...I hate "Medium" (Never cared for any of the female side of the Arquette family...I don't know...maybe they need to get their teeth fixed!!!!), but I am curious to see where Jennifer Love Hewitt's new series goes!!! I've missed it lately...does anybody have any input on it!!!?????

I'm hooked on Survivor, and I've been watching ER for as long as I can remember. I've really been into Law & Order Criminal Intent lately. Vincent D'Onofrio is awesome. I just get such a kick out of him. Been watching a lot of reruns of that. Crossing Jordan, all the Law & Orders, all the CSI's.

I wanted to see Criminal Minds because I love Mandy Patinkin, ("Hello, my name is Inigo Montoya. You kill my father. Prepare to die.") but I haven't caught it yet.

I've got Tivo and I catch Miami Ink and Inked occasionally. I prefer Miami Ink becuase they spend more time on the tattoos and it isn't just a soap opera, but I think those two shows are just a fad for me because of my new ink

I've been following Everwood since it started, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep up this season since it's on Thursdays and that's the night that most of the shows I watch are on. (Wish they would spread it out a bit).

I watched Medium with my Mom and enjoyed it, but don't think I would watch it regularly.

I don't think I really picked up any of the new shows this time around. Too many old ones that I still like to squeeze in anything new.

I have to say, I love Tivo. It has changed how I watch TV. No more commercials (super fast forward), always something on that I want to watch.

Another one I've lost faith in is Threshold.... I don't like how it has unfolded...

Still watching High Stakes, but its not very old yet. I love watching reality shows about rich folk with no spending limits. hehehe...
