Strange Message At My Homepage

When I log in at my homepage, "My Yahoo", a message appears that says "We notice that you may have signed in or signed out from another window. Press OK to reload your page". I have run virus, malware,spyware,Cclean and none find any problems. I googled the message and found that lots of folks are having this problem. Like me, they have tried everything the knew and still no luck. The only clue that I have is that last night I downloaded or run a Zip program called Justzipit. I grew suspicious when I couldn't find it in Programs or anywhere except "downloads". The only thing that I could do was delete it, but noticed that the name is still in all programs and downloads and documents when I right click. It will make a zip file and e-mail it, but I can't find any way to get rid of it. Could someone help me. Sorry this is so long, but needed to explain it the best I could. Thanks in advance for any help.

Have you checked with any of your friends that have My Yahoo account to see if its happening to them before you start thinking that its the programme you downloaded, aslo if you find that it is the download reboot into safe mode and delete there or the other option is do a system restore back to a restore point before you downloaded the program !

 

Thanks for your reply to my post. After reading so many posts at other forums, I'm inclined to believe that the zip program may not be the problem, but I'd like to get rid of the name in so many places. I don't notice any other problems and I wouldn't want to do a new install. If I notice any other problems, I must do something about it.
