Strange problem

I can't run disk clean-up or ad-aware or repair my registry because I have a problem with my C:\Documents and Settings\Administartor\Local Settings\Temp\C5MNWT2F file. Every time I try to get to it to delete it gives me a windows error and kicks me out. Is there a utility that can help me with this problem. I ran a thorough virus scan with avast on my 'C' drive and all folders and it came up with nothing. I went to regedit to find file C5MNWT2F file and tried to delete it but that did nothing.
