Strangest malware I have ever encountered.

I have no idea what is infecting me, all searches, spybot snd, adaware, ewido, tell me I am clean.

Anyone have any idea what my problem is based on my symptoms?
I hear constant clicking noises (the same sound you hear when clicking folders in a windows explorer window.)

Ocassionally the malware will play a clip of music or an advertisement through my speakers, there is no GUI to accompany this, just music or an advertisement, it is almost always cut off at the end and lasts only a few seconds.

Again, I've run all sorts of programs and have had trouble identifying any virus.

Now I am getting windows error messages telling me an image file is bad (started yesterday after I just gave up and disabled my antivirus so it would stop popping me out of full screen games every 10 seconds.)

Weird indeed, but to rule out malware please follow the below guide as it goes beyond just normal scans as a few of them are unique to Majorgeeks.

Also do others have access to this PC? just thinking of pranks possibly.

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.
