Streaming video/ Active x

    I have a problem when viewing streaming video at my kids daycare. when you pull up the first view(camera) everything works fine. When you go to change the view Explorer locks up an becomes inactive. This is a new PC running XP Pro, T1 line.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
