Stubborn Trojan.alzb

Hi

Allright iv'e stumbled onto a stubborn trojan today.

I have runned just about anything i could think about the top of my head but still it wont go away.

Trojan.Win32.Agent.alzb is it known name

And i have found it to be this file :
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {74C55C95-77CF-4F21-846A-8F2B00A7993F} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\1986208770.dll

Edit : And i do know it runs as a "svchost" service

So i was wondering if anyone have a known solution to remove it for good.

The Program i have used so far is :
Hijackthis
AVG Free 8.0
Malwarebytes
Spybot Search & Destroy
Kaspersky
