Stuck at web-portal

    I am unable to access my work's webportal from my desktop. After typing in the username/password, the webpage doesn't go any further. The password field goes blank and doesn't even try connecting to a server for authentication. It isn't the portals problem, as it works on another PC. This has been recreated on three browsers (explorer, firefox, and chrome). This is on a a PC with a freshly installed Win 7 x64. Any suggestions on what could be causing the problem?

    Win 7 64 bit also?

    Is the fresh install of win 7 updated with all patches and SP1?

    Yes, the other PC had x64 Win7. Yup! All the patches and SP1.

    Do the browsers on both computers have the same addons? Take the main browser you use on both computers and go through the settings on each tab; see if you notice any difference. Also check that the plugins on both match and are the same version.
