   I am stuck in READ & RUN ME FIRST, my Norton Antivirus is the 2009 version and when I get the the section of "Removing files from Norton AntiVirus Quarantine " I need to know how to do this on Norton 09.
   
   Also, stuck in "Emptying the Norton Protected Recycle Bin"
   
   Any assitance is greatly appreciated, I have Security Toolbar 7.1 and Virus Response lab 2009 and virus trigger on my laptop and they are slowing me way down.
