stuck in safeboot

I just tried a post with no success but will try again.

After trying to change msconfig boot.ini to safeboot and network checked I am now stuck on a basically blank page with one window open looking dos-like with a command prompt. I can get nowhere form here except to shutdown
Help please; I'm dead.

Thru some web research with another computer, I figured it out and am now ok and completed the entire cleaning procedure.

For those troubled with yieldmanager (I seem to recall some inquiries about it), when I was accessing a SBC/Yahoo page, I caught it trying to put a yieldmanager cookie to me. I wrote them a message about this and they have not replied.
This is their second attempt to put spyware on my computer and I think they must be how I got it on this one which is what brought me to here to try to remove
