   I'm following the sticky instructions and I'm running Spybot, but it gets to a point where it says "running bot-check 47963/56297: win32.lager.aq" and it just gets stuck - any ideas? I did install the latest updates from Spybot.

   Are you running Spybot in safe mode?
   

   • If so, have you also tried it in normal boot mode?
   • If not, please run it in safe mode as requested and tell us what happens.

   Do any other programs (scans) get stuck anywhere?
   

   • If not and if you still cannot get Spybot to complete a scan, just skip Spybot and continue with all other steps.
   • If other scans also freeze, tell us which ones.
