Stuck program!

I recently downloaded DiamondCS Process Guard, but now after uninstall there is still 3 programs in the folder pgaccount.exe procguard.exe and DCSuserprot.exe. The program runs and won't let me terminate its processes/delete the files, and i cannot edit its registry, how can i get rid of it?

 

Do the following.

When you computer first turn on press the F8 key on your keyboard RAPIDLY until a list of choices shows up. On that list select Safe Mode. Windows will load a bunch of things that are text based. After that it should show a login screen. Login under your account. As it is loading a dialog box will appear, just click Yes to bypass it. Now find your files and delete them. Then restart your PC when finished.

 

Nevermind i got it, reinstalled, removed itself from its blocked processes list (Why would they have that option?) Then terminated the processes and deleted files. Problem solved!
