Stupid System Alert!!!!

    I get the false System Alert and it wont let me go on any other website besides the virus heat installation page. My computer shuts down when and restarts when I do.
    Each time I try something like a system restore or a virus scan through AVG, it restarts as well.

    Im using my neighbors computer =/ Is there any hope of making my computer well again?

    We need to get you to run as much of the below as possible. If you cannot run on your PC in normal boot mode, try safe boot mode with networking. If that still does not work, see if you can download the required tools to your neighbors PC and then burn to a CD or a flashdrive. Then use the CD or flashdrive to get the files to your PC. The more you can run and the more logs you give us, the greater the chance we can help. With no logs, there is nothing we can do but guess and that could lead to trouble. Either way you are going to need to get certain tools we will need copied on to your PC.


    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.
