Suggest good keylogger detection programs

Background info: I'm not a tech-savvy person, I have XP/SP2 and use IE online (dial-up). I use Norton Firewall. I occasionally use CWShredder and have Spyware Blaster installed. Once a week I update and use: Ccleaner, Spybot Search&Destroy,\,Norton A/V, WinUpdate, AdAware.

First Question: Is once a week enough these days? I generally stick to sites with which I'm familiar (as does dh) and seldom download ANYthing unless I get recommendation from someone I trust.

Second Question: Due to my middle-aged-person paranoia -- knowing that I don't know enough to know what's out there but knowing there's a lot of Innocent-Looking Bad Stuff out there -- I want to add an application to detect keylogging trojans. (or whatever you call it) Freeware would be nice, but I'm willing to pay for s/t if it's pretty current *and* if a techno-klutz such as I can figure out how to use it (so I won't delete, say, some important Registry item).

What are some of your favourites? (descriptions, names, links all welcome)
