Suggestion

I was thinking. There should be a sticky or a page somewhere with links to sites for specific things. And then if a sticky in the interesting web links section to that page so that people who are looking for lets say... a good free web hosting site can just click there instead of goign through all the links in the interesting links section. Kind of liek the sticky that has spyware removal programs in the spyware section. Its just a suggestion but tell me what you think.

 

yeah you are right, i didn't think about that. and your right, no one reads the stickys anyways, well most people dont.


btw, do you why im on the read only list by chance, im just curious what i did wrong.

Since i can't say anything there i might as well say it here. I'm sorry if its confusing but i'll try to explain. The two posts that you are refering to ma are ones that i posted in that thread dated back to June. i havn't posted those recently because im looking to get into more trouble after what happened before. its just a mess up. i jsut went through my recent 500 posts and they weren't listed in there so that tells you how far back they were posted. i just wantd to post this to get things cleared up.

 

I'm not blaming anybody if thats what my last post before this came out as. I was merely just trying to point out that i was from a while back. im sorry if it came out wrong but i didn't mean it in a bad way. i just didn't want to get blamed for something that happened a while back and is over with. mistakes happen, but you wont know its a mistake unless you realize it, and thats what i was diong lol. thank for notifying ma for me, i appreciate it.

 

Yup, I understand. As long as everything settled because I dont want to start a war over soemthing simple like this.

 

Well now that thats over i have yet another suggestion. Why isn't there a web based forum section here? like for questions regarding the internet and websites and stuff. I know there is a software and networking section but they dont really cover things like websites and stuff like that. LIke web design and stuff.

 

Yeah I guess you right, and then the websites could always be listed in software.

Was thinking. YOu know how like no new or even veteran members read the Spyware Read Me first thread? well couldn't you jus write a little code to tell them before they post their therad in that forum to read that? that way they really really can't miss that. it couldn't be that hard

 

I was wondering this myself, but I would put this code when anyone posts into the specific forum for the first time only.

 

I would put it for everytime. It sure wouldn't hurt.

 

Yeah but you as long as most people would see it, it would eliminate a lot of the posting without reading the tutorial.
