Suggestions For A Video Slideshow Program

Hi,
Does anyone know of a free Video Slideshow Program I can download, or site I can use? All of the ones I find on Google aren't as "fee" as advertised. For some reason, Youtube won't allow to create slideshows anymore.

After selecting 'create' and then 'slide show' be sure to click on 'more options' to get more variable settings.
