    Kindly give your
    1. Recommendation on loging in to all User Accounts on the PC including the Administrator account which will only show when you boot in safe mode and run CCleaner

    2. Recommendation on installing StartupCPL to limit how many programs load at startup

    3. Recommendation on installing Sun Java

    4. Recommendation on Adjusting Active X security settings in Internet Explorer and if so how to do it Windows 10 64 bit OS

    5. Is it possible to install a Screensaver in Windows 10 64 bit OS?

    6. Recommendation on Defragmenting the hard drive by IObit SmartDefrag

    For item 6: Windows includes a defragger and it is scheduled to run once a week. Don't install anything else. It takes care of the job. I haven't defragged a hard drive since 2009 (Windows 7) and every time I check, the drives in all four computers are fine.

    For item 4: dump IE. You should be using Edge not IE.
