    Hi:

I download some software called Sumo-lite last week. It's a good thing I also downloaded Clam win because it happened to detect a virus where none of my other software did (Norton, Malwarebytes and Trojan Remover:().

My question is since ClamWin says the trojan is quarantined is the software clean and safe to use or should I just get rid of the software altogether?

If getting rid of the software is the case can someone suggest another piece of free software that will allow me update my various software.

    Thanks,

I would err on the safe side and remove the software entirely. Then if you wish, post in the software forum for advice on an alternative program.

    Thank you for your response.

I will do as you suggested and ask about some alternative software in the correct forum.

You are welcome. Out of curiosity, where did you download that from?
