   so, I downloaded the "SAS" and it went through all that just fine... but first of all it says "registry mechanic" not super anti spyware once it's all done downloading.
   
   The next part of the directions say to go to the "configuration and preferences" tab but there is nothing on the registry mechanic that says that? What happened?

   You didn't download SAS...instead you clicked on one of the adds on that page....use add/remove programs and uninstall what you downloaded and use this:
