Super Infected System

Hi,

I think I have an infected system.
I cannot run, install or uninstall any programs.
I cannot run any video file.
I cannot run windows update, clean up or defrag.
The computer thinks it is in safe mode ( no sound)
I cannot perform System Restore ( it says it failed due to Anti Virus - Nothing was running!)

The few things that have worked in safe mode are Microsoft Security essentials and Superantispyware and online Trend Micro. These found some adware but essentially didn't fix any of my problems.


Any help would be really appreciated.
