Super slow computer, Combofix & HJT Log, Win32.Qhost Infected

I have a Super slow computer , takes 30 min. to log on. 2.4 Ghz, 256 ram XP2, 30 Gig HD only 7 gig used. Ran Spybot SD, Defrag, eliminated Start up to bare bones, virus scan, Online Scan at Trend. Posted Hijackthis log below to analyze. Any Hints Gratefully appreciated. Also did a Combofix scan & log below. It shows
a Win32.Qhost infection. My virus won't detect it nor will it run in Safe Mode. Can't get rid of it. It also seems to imped Anti Virus useage. Is their something else going on also?

I have ran all the procedures you recommended & problem still persists. I have attached Hijackthis & Combo logs.
Also the system consistently was never updated with Microsoft updates. Anitvirus programs states C: locked & can't scan even in Safe Mode.

Please run all of the READ & RUN ME and attach only the logs that were requested. It does not ask for a HijackThis log, especially from one that is not installed properly.
