Superantispyware Is Not Picking Up My Cookies Anymore

hi i got the free Superantispyware version but its 2 days now is not picking up anything anymore ... using almost all the time chrome (but also got edge) . 1-2 weeks ago my brother had his pc broken did set up another chrome account now when i launch chrome i got to choose for this 2 accounts ..i set Superantispyware for all the default preferences options . now my quick scan is 1 min and 40 sec before it was almost 3 min. got w10 x64 and i use w defender as antivirus
