    :confused I have followed the steps and I now have the icon for SAS on my desktop... but when I try to open it nothing happens. I am not evening getting a warning for anything as the instructions say might happen. Can someone please help me.

    You need to follow the instructions and just continue on if you run into something that doesn't work. Just let us know about it. We need the logs for:
    MBAM
    Combo
    C:\MGLogs.zip --> from running the C:\MGTools.exe

    Malware

    So far I have ran SAS and Malwarebytes software. I have attached my log. I am very nervous about doing the Combofix because of all the warnings it gives before using it. I don't want to do anymore damage. I only have helper.sig showing now when I reboot my computer, I stated with four. Can someone who has used Combo give me some feedback before I use it? :confused Thanks!

    Then you need to attach the log from SUPERAntiSpyware.

    You need to run it. It is run a few hundred times per week her on MajorGeeks alone. If you multiple that by the number of other forums using ComboFix fix, it is run several thousand times per week. There are rarely any problems related to it. In fact when there are, the problems are cause by the malware you have and that kind of malware can cause issues for many commercial scanning programs.

    After you run ComboFix, you need to run MGtools. Then you need to attach the below logs:
    • the log from SUPERAntiSpyware
    • C:\combofix.txt
    • C:\MGlogs.zip
