My computer has been freezing I posted here..

I wasn't sure where to post this but I figured software was the best place. My computer is freezing like once a day or so and Satrow suggested in the post above that I check out my system logs by right clicking on computer-->manage to see if there was a log being created on anything at the time of the freezing. I do not see anything concering the freezing, but after I do a restart I am getting the following message.
"The following boot-start or system-start drivers failed to load:
    i8042prt
    SASDIFSV
    SASKUTIL"

Is this normal? My SAS is working ok. I uninstalled SAS, and reinstalled it with UAC turned off but it seems to be making no difference, still getting the error message in the --Window Logs--> System
Below I have attached some pictures of the error messages, and the details. My system is Vista Ultimate 64 SP2. Oh and there was another error about SAS I attached pictures and detail of the error below as well. This has been happening apparently for a while cause there are numerous error logs concering SAS, I just never look at the logs before.

Here are the other log details. Oh and at the bottom of the screen you might see event help online. I click that and er eis the link to what info it gave me, I don't understand any of it, but here it is.

I really hope this is normal, but I doubt it

If there is anyone else, (which I know there are) using vista ultime 64, or any OS that is 64, would you check you system logs to see if you are getting the same errors. Right click on my computer-->manage-->event viewer-->windows logs--system. Thanks for checking.

    Can't click on Desktop icons

My computer has been freezing, here is the link. http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=193983
I am not sure if this is related, but sometimes, I lose the ability to click on my desktop icons. It is only happening every day or so, but is doesn't seem to be related to anything. I can see my icons and I can go to my bar at the bottom to open IE or other programs, but I just can't click on them. I can right click on the desktop and arrange them and stuff just can't click on them until I restart, and then they are ok for a while. Any one have ideas? I have ran all malware scan and everything checks out ok. thanks for the help in advance ;)
