    Hi People,

I have just opened a tube of super-glue, and it splashed onto my LCD Monitor!

Any tips/help on how to remove it? it dried very fast :/

Acetone or nail polish remover will dissolve super glue but it will probably also dissolve the plastic of the monitor. Maybe try some acetone in an inconspicuous area in the hope that it will be OK to use.

Disclaimer: Beware, acetone attacks many types of plastic so use this advice at your own risk ;)

    Good luck :)

    Thanks guys!,

I use some nail polish remover, and gently rubbed the screen, using cotton balls.

Then wiped the screen with a wet cloth to take the nail polish remover away.

90% better so far I think. Painstakingly tedious! (been up to 4 hours already just gently easing the super-glue away)
