surfer bar

    Hi I joined this site because I went to this site and now I have a surfer bar on top of my Internet browser. It is really annoying and I don't know how to get rid of it. I tried to delete all my cookies and I downloaded a spyware program, but both of those didn't work. I also can't change my default homepage anymore. I'm tired of seeing that annoying ad on the search bar every time I use my Internet explorer. If someone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it.
