surfsidekick, toolbar888,lsass.exe, command.exe infections, PLEASE help!

Hi all. I am infected with the following viruses/spyware/malware or whatever they are:
surfsidekick,
toolbar888,
lsass.exe,
command.exe amongst others

i have tried removing them and every time i do they reappear. i realise other people have posted with the ssk virus but following their advice doesnt seem to help, the files just keep coming back.

I am running:

athlon 2600+ barton
asus a7v8? motherboard
1gb ram
geforce 6800gt graphics card
creatve audigy 2 soundcard

my hijackthis log is as follows:

this log was taken in safe mode as hijack this would not work in normal mode.
any help is much appreciated as this seems to seriously be slowing my machine down and is a major annoyance.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
