Sus/Behav-239

Hello so I was scanning a file on jottis online malware scan and the only possible malware that was found was found by sophos antivirus. The malware that it found is called Found >Sus/Behav-239< (probable variant). This also came up in the status after scan is finished POSSIBLY INFECTED/MALWARE (Note: this file was only flagged as malware by heuristic detection(s). This might be a false positive. So I am wondering if this file is safe to use?
