Yesterday, my ISP called me to inform me that my computer's security may have been breached. They told me it was issuing ddos attacks against other networks.

    Here are the logs:

There are no real problems in your logs. I have a few questions for you:
    • You said you ISP "called" you. Do you literally mean on the phone? Are you sure it really was your ISP and not a scammer?
    • Are there other PCs connected to the same interface with this ISP?
    • Are you sure that the call is not related to your use of torrent downloaders like uTorrent or any others you may be using?
    • Could it be related to the online gaming you appear to be using? Steam?

    1. Yes, and I confirmed the call as my ISP's customer protection team.

    2. No

    3. uTorrent was not running at the time I experienced the outgoing ddos attack they described.

    4. In fact, I was playing a multiplayer game through Steam at the time my computer supposedly sent the ddos attack my ISP is describing. It brought down my connection for the entire night. Nothing like that has happened since.

Okay then it is possible that it was just some how due to the gaming. However I do notice that you have NO protection installed ( no antivirus, no antispyware ) and that you just use the Windows 7 firewall which is not effective for outgoing issues like this. You need to install proper protection and this includes using a better firewall. This is covered in the link in my final instructions below.

The only thing I suggest for now is that you uninstall the below outdated software that are security risks
    Java(TM) 6 Update 20
    Java(TM) 6 Update 22
    Java(TM) 6 Update 33

Now since you logs are clean, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it in step 4 of the READ & RUN ME.
    3. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    4. If running Vista, Win 7 or Win 8, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Now goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    6. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    7. If you are running Win 8, Win 7, Vista, Windows XP or Windows ME, do the below to flush restore points:
    8. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
