Suspected Trojan

I'm using an evaluation version of TrojanHunter (from Mischel Internet Security) and it has, to my surprise turned up the following file as a trojan:-

C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2\Redist\vcredist_x86.exe (Genome.937)

As you an see, I'm using Steam to run CoD MW and I don't want to delete something which might be necessary only because it is 'suspected' of being malware.

I am not asking for general advice on the removal of trojans, I'd just like like to know if anyone has any specific advice about this particular file.

Tim, thanks for your response. That was my first feeling too, which is why I posted this. I will take no action.
