Suspicious behavior

My main pc got some infections over the weekend and i started having internet problems, I ran mbam the first time, it found infections and removed then a 2nd scan showed it was clean but later on I ran a 3rd scan which found infections again and removed them but 3 consecutive scans using both Quick and Full scans have produced nothing even though I am still seeing suspicious behavior mainly using the net, something weird is still going on online, when I go to google to do a search and click on the link which should lead me to my intended site, a lot of the time I am being redirected to another site instead, I would see the url bar going at super speed then end up at a totally new site, I keep seeing the word "gamblingp.." and a lot of other gibberish in the url bar while it's going through it's speed process, any ideas please?
