Suspicious directory

    Webroot alerted me of spyware that it was blocking. I didn't catch the name. The next day I had trouble getting onto IE. I don't have a problem now, but I explored my directories and found a suspicious folder. I'm not great at computers, so it might be something important.

    The file it contains is msxml4-KB927978-enu which has the following contents
