   alright well this doesnt happen all the time but whenever i notice my comp is considerably slower , if i check the task manager its alwas a SVChost.exe running alot of memory and CPU.
   
   there are several running but this is the only one that takes up all that.

   It is needed for many services.....perhaps you should also look at what programs you are running at that time...and check that they are all legit items.
