Swapping chipset cooling on MSI K7N2 Delta-L?

I'm not too keen on the passive cooling (just a heatsink) on the chipset, I think, of a MSI K7N2 Delta-L board I just installed. I have another heatsink/fan I'd bought a few months ago to replace the stock one that came on the KT7A board (which the K7N2 has now replaced), and from what I recall it was sold as just a "chipset fan/heatsink," not necessarily for a VIA board. Can I take that HSF and put it on the MSI board, or would it not be compatible?

I guess a simpler way of putting it is, can I install the aftermarket chipset heatsink/fan that worked well on the KT7A(VIA) board onto the K7N2(nForce2) board?
