switch from vista to xp on hp desktop pc

    have hp pavilion n6120a desktop. hard drive went out put new hard drive in and put xp pro on the computer instead of vista now unable to contect to the internet. the build sheet on the computer says the network lan is intergrated 10/100 base-t networking interface does anyone make a driver that will work with xp pro instead of vista. do not want to put vista back on computer is only 3 years old and this is the 5th time it has crashed

    If HP doesn't supply an XP driver, then your chance of finding a driver is close to non-existent.
    Easiest solution, buy either an internal NIC, if you want wired or a wifi dongle, if wireless is acceptable that specifically states it will work with XP. (software on disk with the hardware should have the XP drivers if it says it works with XP on the carton).

    it toke awhile to find a driver but i found one to work with xp
