   I have a older Dell D600 that is acting up hardware wise.
   Before it totally craps out.
   There is another Dell D600 at the office that is the same.
   Can I switch my hard drive from my dell to the other dell and have it work?

   It should work. Most likely it will as long as it has the same motherboard. I doubt you have conflicting audio/video cards (doubt they even have specified cards for these tasks).
