sync of file's date

    Hi, I'm looking for a tool that synchronize the "created" and "last modified" timestamps of files. I don't want to synchronize the files data as they are allready on the two disk to be sync, and I want to sync the time of every files on the disks even in the subfolders. I've found one software allready but it does it only one file at a time. it's FolderMatch.
    I'm on NTFS by the way.
