Syshost.exe trojan, no network connectivity

I downloaded a song from sharebeast.com (hxxp://www.sharebeast.com/pf8ucvckch81) and believe that I got a virus as a result.

Shortly after, my laptop started playing random audio ads. I would also get message boxes saying that I was trying to open a tmp file and I needed to find a program to do so. My laptop fan would also go on high, and I noticed that several 13nSRlyb.exe processes were running. Their description was "Know Use." If I ended the processes, the fan would go back to normal.

I ran Malwarebytes, and it deleted the C:\ProgramData\13nSRlyb.exe file and various temp files like 1F1A.tmp and C53B.tmp. However, the 13nSRlyb.exe file kept returning.

I left my computer for a while, and when I returned, it had rebooted. I ran Malwarebytes again, and removed the 13nSRlyb.exe file once again. However, after rebooting another time and running Malware bytes, 13nSRlyb.exe was gone, but a new trojan showed up: syshost.exe.

Suddenly I no longer had network connectivity, and I couldn't open up task manager.

My company's IT did all they could, but they're out of solutions. I'm hoping you can help so I don't have to reimage my laptop.

Can you attempt to rescan with TDSSKiller? The log you attached appears to be incomplete.

 

Open Device Manager and press the Scan for hardware changes button (http://img803.imageshack.us/img803/2868/scanhardware.png) or Action -> Scan for hardware changes.

Your network adapters are currently not installed.

 

Thanks for taking a look, thisisu. I couldn't wait any longer, so I gave my laptop to my company's IT department to reimage. I appreciate your taking the time to help, though.
