    The copy of Java installed is way out of date. Install the latest version from Sun Microsystems, make sure you unistall the old version.

    Other than MyWay Search Assistant that Dell saddled you with, which can be uninstalled from Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel; your HijackThis log is clean.

    There is an infected System Restore Point. Disable System Restore, reboot, then enable system retore.
