Receiving error "Load needed Dlls for kernel". Problem began after attempting to install WinXP SP3. Using HP Presario with AMD processor and XP Media Center 2005.

Contacted Microsoft SP3 Support. Helped uninstall service pack with following command in c:\windows directory $NtServicePackUninstall$. Seemed to uninstall service pack yet still receiving the same error code.

Is there any other procedure to repair operation syst without performing a complete recovery???

Do not have the install cd just a recovery partition on D: drive. If of any value I do have install cd for WinXP Prof.

Bad news man, the service pack 3 contains a serious flaw for all AMD users. it contains parts of intel chip drivers which can cause blue screen and system crashes.

What you can do is recover your data from your hard disk, and then try a recovery. normally things should work prpoerly again.

As for reinstalling sp3 you best wait until microsoft take out the Intel parts.

    grtz
