system 32 error

Hello ALL,
does anyone know what this is
C:\WINDOWS\system32\rbsc.exe
whatever it is its not working on my pc and has shut me down twice, any help would be good.

thanks for the reply, yes it is spelt rbsc, but i now have a couple more i will copy them and add them to this thread.
Getting a little fed up know with this pc, i downloaded a program from a link a mate sent me only to find that i had download lots of trojans and lots and lots of rubbish. it has taken nearly three weeks to sort.
ITS CLOSE TO GOING OUT OF THE WINDOW....which it would have done if i wouldent have found this damn good website.
